How many times do you bring your laptop into water? On purpose? I don't see any point in a water resistant laptop.
1. The DVD reader. You can open it, water comes in.
2. How would you cover the usb, headphone and other ports? Stuffing something in it would make it useless.

First, think about it, is it possible? Yes? vote. No? Think about something better, then hire a graphics designer to draw your laptop :D
