What are the benefits might you expect to get from using a multiple screen notebook?

.
Benefits i expect from using a dual screen notebook is that you are able to do everything twice as fast instead of searching through different applications you have load on your computer , running all applications on one screen slows down the speed of your computer and possibly freezes it.
first of all you could do more things at one time. you could play a game while writing an essay at the same time, but i don't know anyone who does that.
Well the main benefit would be multiple pages to be viewed, you could compare things on shopping websites, you could do research papers with the dual screens and you can make Google searches easier with one thing up and the Google search still up, it would just simplify life a little more than it already is, the only thing is it would have to be very powerful and have a large battery to run the multiple things you are running.
2 programs open at once or of your researching you could have a historical artical on one screen and you could be writing an essay about it on the other
I think if you were able to have multiple screens this would encourage gamers to buy Laptops because you could be playing a game one one screen while using a online chat client on the other screen which is really convenient.
This would be so so cool I mean come on its 2010 and its time for some cool stuff to come out. With two screen I could play a game on one and do work on the other also
I hope I get pick lol.
multiple programs running full screen at once, if your playing a game you could always use this for a better view of what your doing or to run another program in the second screen it could be used for multiple things its a great idea
On a multiple screen you can do research much easier and taking note on Microword and chatting with your friend on the other witch is great to have. On a single screen notebook you have to click back and forth what your gettting and other things and then you will get confuse what you are doing.
It is one thing to switch windows on a single screen. And it is another thing to actually switch screens. And it is another thing to be able to work on both screens simultaneously. This actually makes me wonder if I could interact with gestures or finger movements on both screens at the same time. I mean, there might actually be a time when I would be working on 2 illustrations or images at the same time. Or what if while i'm writing on one screen and I accidentally touched the other one moving the pointer, wouldn't that be a problem or something?
If you have one extra screen, research and working is the only really thing you can get extra productivity out of. You read, then write what you just learned on the word doc on the other screen. Working on different spreadsheets is a pain when you have to keep switching.
You CAN multimedia I guess, I mean you can watch a video on the second screen, and working on another. You can also have iTunes or something open and be working, so you can painlessly switch between the two.
