The ideal size for a notebook or net book screen should be at least 17-19 inches for one screen , with the dual screen the size should be 19-22 inches . The notebook should have an option on "setting" that allows you to either use one or two screens , easier for all ages . -ryan

if the laptop would be an "on-the-go" computer, the the screens would be smaller, thinner, and the computer would be lighter. if the computer was one that is always at home, then it could be heavier, larger and maybe thicker.

My ideal size for a dual panel notebook would be the size of a net book, something small and easy to carry but at the same time fast and powerful. the ideal weight would again be like the netbooks around 2 pounds.

screen size:18 inches (9 inches per screen)
Weight: 7-8 pounds

this will help development.
Also people just want dual panel notebooks to use different programs at the same time so that would be perfect

well the ideal weight for a good laptop would probly be about 5-10 lbs with a decent battery life. for size i would go big enough that the user has adequate typing room without bieng uncomfortable. the thickness should be about an inch and enough toughness behind it to take a beating

Well i would say about a kilogram(the weight of a bag of sugar.

the screens themselves should be very light and thin about 1/4 of a centimeter and they should weigh 1/8 of a bag of sugar.

The specifications of my current laptop are 15.5 inches wide screen and the laptop is very light and medium thin.

I would like my laptop in all to be slightly lighter, but not too much that it becomes un-usable.

I feel that the current screen size of around 15" is perfect for me. Not too wide not to thin.

a good 20" wide, and a great big screen, but maybe it could still be light...
