Transformers Laptop
Posted in notebook | November 3, 2008 8amWhy buy 2 PCs, one for travelling, and one for home?
Do you need a slim laptop, but would like to have a fully featured one, when needed (yes, 5'' screen is not that good).
Well I'd like three PCs!
1. 1 CPU in the LCD, detachable, maybe with touchscreen, so you can leave it at home and lend it to some one as a netbook
2. 1 CPU in the main book, with nice power and all the features (main os hard drive)
3. 1 CPU in the detachable harddrive, so you can have your home server (no keyboard)
(1) may have wifi and usb/card reader, so you can load movies/songs and browse the web. May be an integrated GPS? (or bluetooth aware)
(3) may have ethernet and KVM and a little linux distro, to use as backup
You may leave (1) and (3) at home if you're going to your office, with a nice screen and keyboard and store your personal data at home in (3) (so noone can steal those), or have a combo of the three when more CPU power or features are needed.
Transformer Laptop!
