A box connected to the computer through USB that dispenses pills whenever it is programmed to do so, IE at preprogrammed intervals, or when it is told so remotely. It should not be easy to force open and should not be easily programmed without the password, which patients might not be given. And it should be able to figure out if it has been forced open/hacked through sensor and logging every pill that it dispenses. When it dispenses medicine, it should only do so when only the correct user is in front of the webcamera f ex.

Put a vibrator inside the mouse to vibrate when games send signals for it or whenever the user wants it to vibrate.

A device that is built into the laptop which creates vibrations. Used in ways similar to vibrating console controllers for games and/or as a camouflaged massager.

Though the other parts might have to be extra resistant to vibrations or have the device fitted in such a way that vibrations don't transmit much into the computer.

It could also be mounted on external keyboards where that's not a problem.

An Ipod inspired Linux machine. Has to have a decent soundcard, and much more storage than the Ipod's 120GB, preferably 1TB+ and connections for connecting speakers and has to run quietly and with no noise going to the speakers or headphones.
