Can I Run The Endless Mission?
Your PC and its constituent parts are the deciding factors in whether you can run The Endless Mission. Consequently, you’ll first need to determine exactly what components you are using, paying particular attention to the CPU, GPU, and RAM. If you are sketchy on the right way to go about doing this, you can refer to our step-by-step guide right here.
From here, simply cross-reference your specifications to the minimum and recommended system requirements for The Endless Mission, which we’ve listed below for convenience. We also suggest aiming for the recommended requirements, if at all possible, to avoid any performance issues, otherwise you might want to consider a few targeted upgrades possibly to the GPU and RAM as these are generally the easiest to do.
We’re well aware that checking system requirements isn’t what you’d call fun at the best of times. With that in mind, we are working on a bespoke utility designed to take the tedium out of the process. It’s still under wraps, but once ready, it will automatically scan any given PC for its components. We’ll be sure to publish an update as soon as it’s ready for our readers to use.
The Endless Mission Game Details
- Release Date: November 14th, 2019
- System Requirements: Medium
- Genre: Creation sandbox game
- Developer: E-Line Media
- Publisher: E-Line Media, Endless
The Endless Mission is a creative sandbox game where players can create, play, and commandeer community-driven and player-created content.
An excellent way to look at it is as an anthology of playable games that hide a broader story, which is shaped by how the community plays. You can effectively alter the way a game plays and appears as you are playing it. The game starts out as a hack-and-slash RPG before descending into a vortex of delightful weirdness.
Game creation is levied by a set of powerful creation tools that can change assets and level design, as well as hacking known in-game as ‘Lenses.’ You can change gameplay elements effortlessly, whether that be changing characters stats or changing the very fabric of a game.
Developer E-Line Media puts it this way; “what happens when you take the avatar from a platformer and drop her into the middle of an RTS or what could possibly go wrong if you try and befriend an angry pack of weasels.”
All player content is shareable so that others can sample your hard work. The game is still in early access, and updates are coming in thick and fast, meaning the game is improving and evolving constantly.

Optimal Hardware Suggestions
As above, The Endless Mission is still in early access, so the minimum and recommended system requirements may change with time. For the time being, the specifications are what we’d deem medium.
The minimum system requirements will land you with 30 fps at 720p with the settings on low to medium. The game is prone to stutters and lag due to its early access state, so in our estimation, we suggest aiming higher than the minimum requirements as a basic requirement for running the game in its current form.
The recommended system requirements will net you 60 fps at 1080p with the settings maxed out. Even with these specifications, The Endless Mission does have stability issues, but these should be ironed out as development progresses.
What Gaming PC Do We Recommend?
We recommend our $600 build as a good starting point to play The Endless Mission, if only for the fact that it includes a dedicated GPU. It’s definitely a budget build, but one more than able to run The Endless Mission well.
Inside, the build features an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 CPU, Radeon RX 590 GPU, 16 GB of 3200 MHz RAM, and a 480 GB SSD. As you can see, the specifications exceed the recommended system requirements quite comfortable. Expect to run The Endless Mission at over 60 fps at 1080p with the settings pushed to ultra.
