Halo infinite system requirements

Excited for the newest Halo release? You aren’t the only one! It looks like Halo will make a comeback onto the main stage with breathtaking visuals and thrilling action when it releases. You’ll obviously want a system that can handle this title though.

There aren’t any official specifications for Halo Infinite at the moment but be sure to take a quick look below at our predicted requirements to give you a ballpark idea on how your system will hold up. At the bottom of this article, we will list a couple of options in case you need to upgrade a component or two. After all, Halo is a title deserving of maximum graphics.

Game Details

Players will have to chance to take control of Master Chief once more. Continuing on from Halo 5: Guardians’ storyline, players will work through Master Chief’s campaign of the third chapter of the famous Halo sequel series.

Trailers show the story will be set on a Halo ring and the Chief suiting up into a new set of armor. In what appears to be a ‘spiritual reboot’, the story will focus on Master Chief and take the player “in ambitious, unexpected directions.” What this means, we don’t know quite yet, but being the Halo franchise it will likely be explosive.

Multiplayer will, of course, make a comeback in this release. There isn’t any solid information on what it will entail yet, but we’d expect the same fast-paced action from the previous titles along with a myriad of maps and weapons.

Hardware Suggestions

We have yet to see any Halo Infinite gameplay which makes it a bit tricky to guess the system requirements you may need. It’s best to err on the side of caution though, as this game will release onto Project Scarlett as well as PC, it will likely have some impressive visuals.

If you’re looking to purchase a new system to play this game then we’d recommend taking a look at some prebuilds if you don’t fancy building one on your own.

If you do want to upgrade your PC for this title, we’d recommend planning for the future and investing in an upper-level mid-range build. These guides are regularly updated so don’t worry about them becoming outdated before Halo Infinite releases.
