Can I Run Chivalry 2 On My Computer?

The release of Chivalry 2 has been pushed back several times now, though we now hope to get our hands on the game on the 8th June 2021. Whilst not the most demanding game around, older and less powerful machines may have a job playing the latest in the Chivalry series. At present we do not have the official minimum or recommended system requirements from the publisher, so the best we can do is make an educated guess until further details are released.

See further down this page for the current estimated system requirements. If you need to remind yourself as to the specs of your current computer, take a look at our guide on how to find your PC specifications. If it transpires you will need an upgrade, then have a look at the foot of this page to see the PC builds we think would be ideal to play the game on.

Chivalry 2 Game Details

The sequel to the popular, and often hilarious, Chivalry: Medieval Warfare features much of the same gameplay mechanics as its predecessor – different classes, different weapons, different objective modes (including sieges), but ultimately all involve hitting people whilst trying not to get hit. A grand old time!

What Gaming PC Do We Recommend To Play Chivalry 2?

If you’re running Chivalry 2 on the lower graphical settings at 1080p then we’d suggest picking one of our $700 self-builds or an equivalent machine. If you want to play the game on the highest graphical settings and resolutions though, then a $1,500 build or higher would be advisable.

If however, you’re not looking to put together your own computer, an under $800 pre-built PCs will also do the job when it comes to playing Chivalry 2 on the lower settings at 1080p resolution. For the higher graphical presets and resolutions though, you’ll need something more like one of our $1,500 pre-built PCs.
