Details for Instinction are currently thin on the ground, but we do know that it will be available on both the previous gen and new-gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles and on Windows PC.
Given the time until the game’s release, we don’t have any definitive minimum or recommended system requirements yet from the publisher, we have however listed below the best current estimates for both of these. When the official details are released we will update this page accordingly.
If you don’t know the specs of your current PC or how to find them, have a read of our guide on how to look up your PC specifications and see if your PC will make the grade. If it turns out you’ll need an upgrade before you can play Instinction, take a look at the bottom of this page where we suggest some PC builds that would be ideal to play the game.

We saw the first glimpse of the gameplay for Instinction at E3 2021, where we saw players hiding from a variety of terrifying looking dinosaurs in third person and first person views, a bit of gunplay, and what looks like an exploration of a Jurrassic Park-like open world. We look forward to more details emerging in the near future.
As mentioned above the system requirements you see below are currently estimates and are subject to change as we get more information on the game.
Instinction on the lowest settings at 1080p will likely need at least a $600 self-build PC. If you’re turning the graphical presets up to the max then a $1,500 self-build PC is what you’ll require, or potentially even a $2,000 self-build gaming PC if you’re thinking of switching the resolution up to 1440p or 4K.
Building a PC isn’t for everyone of course, and if you don’t fancy the prospect then a pre-built gaming PC for under $800 will be fine to play the game on the low settings at 1080p resolution. Again though higher graphical presets will need something more like a $1,500 pre-build for 1080p gameplay or potentially a $2,000 pre-build for 1440p or 4K gaming.
