What to look for in a Black Friday Sony TV deal
Obviously, you want to look for a preferred screen size, technology (OLED, mini-LED, etc), and resolution (preferably 4K or 8K in 2024).
For many users, realistically, 4K is the highest resolution required in a TV – there simply isn’t much 8K media around at the moment. Though we will be covering 8K TV deals as well, for those looking to future-proof their system for a long time. The Sony X90K is the best 4K Sony TV for Black Friday 2023 in our opinion (and that of any sane person) as well as being the best Sony TV for gaming, all things considered.
If you simply must go for 8K, then the Sony KD-75ZH8 8K TV is the right choice for you. For slightly more reasonably priced Sony TVs this Black Friday, then the Sony Bravia KD49XH8505BU is a solid choice, or for even less money, the Sony X750H.
