AFK Arena is a mobile idle RPG with a major focus on gacha mechanics. The game relies on your building up a resource pool through waiting (idling) and then collecting said resources to pump into the various heroes you’ve unlocked via the gachapon system.
Gacha or gachapon is a genre mostly found on mobile devices that stems from Japan’s obsession with those little machines you put a 20p into and turn to get a prize. While most games used to come from Japan with this, strict gambling rules in the country have seen developers move away from the model, while Korean and Chinese developers have taken to the forefront with the genre.
The game is developed by Lilith Games, a Chinese developer and AFK Arena continues to rank in all charts across the globe.

How to redeem codes
Much like any other mobile game of its ilk, AFK Arena features code redemption, but the developers have decided to remove it from in-game and now you’ll need to head to a website to do so.
Head here to start the process and then in-game you want to go into Settings (click your icon in the top left-hand corner) and take note of your UID. After this, press Verification Code and a timed code will appear on the screen.
Go back to the website and log in using your UID and verification code. You’ll now be able to input the following codes into it which should automatically sync up with your mail. As of writing, the rewards can help you get a major boost in choice of characters, without having to dump all your diamonds into summoning.
This is perfect for players not willing to part with any money as of now.
