Velma, however, plays very different to Shaggy. She is best suited as more of a support player – using her smarts for more utility.

  • Knowledge Is Power – This is one of Velma’s signature perks. It grants Velma’s ally 7 grey health for a few seconds once evidence is collected. Being a support player, the evidence collected can eventually grant Velma to call the cops, this could be a blowing ability to swipe opponent!
  • Studied – Studied is a signature perk in the game. This perk will grant Velma one piece of evidence from the start of the game. This allows her to collect evidence a lot faster.
  • Deadshot – A team-centric perk, it allows your team’s projectile damage by 5%. If your team has an assassin or ranged mage such as Tom & Jerry you can take advantage of this perk. Use their long ranged attacks to make the best out of this perk!
  • Shirt Cannon Sniper – Another perk that increases damage projectiles by 5%. The perk works more effectively when they are far away. This plays well to Velma’s kit as she is more effective when ranged. When you combine this with other perks such as Supportive Words, Calculated Victory & Motivational Speaker, you will be able to increase to damage even more.

The perks will stack, high rewarding perks can set you nicely and with the right duo it will be very hard for opponents to position themselves.
