To wear titles in Blox Fruits, you must talk to the Title Master. The best place to find him is at The Cafe on the second sea. Once you are there, head behind the counter, and look for the secret underground stairs. Go down there, and you will see the Title Master. Talk to him, and you will see the option to change your title in the game. In the third sea, you can find the Title Master inside the Mansion on Floating Turtle.
