What is Ascendancy in Path of Exile?
Ascendancy in Path of Exile allows you to expand the class you chose at the beginning of your playthrough.
You can focus on one of three Ascendancy paths in every class (except for Scion, which only has one Ascendancy).
First of all, you need to complete the Labirynth, then you can choose your Ascendancy.
After the first completion of the Labirynth, you gain two Ascendancy skill points to allocate.
Every Ascendancy comes with its unique Ascendancy Skill Tree.
How to Change Ascendancy in PoE?
First, complete a Labirynth again. It doesn’t matter which Labirynth. It can even be the easiest one.
Then after you defeat the Labirynth’s boss, Izaro, you can access the Ascendancy Altar.
When you open the Altar, go to Ascendancy settings.
If you already have an Ascendancy choice, refund all of the Ascendancy points.
Every Ascendancy point you want to refund costs 5 refund points. When all points are refunded you can choose your new Ascendancy.
