Clash of Clans continues to be one of the most popular mobile games out there and it has been around for almost a decade. The diverse combat and strategy keep the gameplay feel fresh even after all these years.

Whether you are a new player or a veteran, you know how important gems are to the game. If something sounds too good to be true, it often is, and that’s the case with Clash of Clans codes.

Here are all of the active codes for the game this month. At least, that’s what a handful of opportunists sensing a way to trick and con people want you to believe.

None of these codes work for the very simple reason that Clash of Clans doesn’t offer a way to redeem them, either within the game itself, on developer Supercell’s website, or elsewhere.

The codes supposedly grant you access to gems and other free rewards including XP boosts and other in-game items. Popular codes doing the rounds currently include the following:

How to Redeem the Codes?

Instructions for redeeming codes often follow the basic format illustrated below. As we noted above there’s no option to redeem gems in Clash of Clans, so they are entirely made up:

1. Launch Clash of Clans
2. Head to your account dashboard
3. Open “Settings”
4. Tap on the Redeem Gems option
5. Enter your Clash of Clans codes to redeem your free gems and other rewards

You’ll also find third-party websites luring players with the promise of free gems. These will prompt you to enter your Clash of Clans login details, which will more than likely result with your account getting hacked. Avoid these at all cost.

Why Won’t a Clash of Clans Code Work?

Clash of Clans codes don’t work because they effectively don’t exist. Any codes you stumble across, however seemingly legitimate the source, are fake. There’s simply no way to redeem them in Clash of Clans.
