Week 14 of Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 7 is here, and with it comes even more quests to do. If you do all of these gold challenges, you’ll eventually discover and confront a mole within the Imagined Order. What a revelation!
Completing the entire Legendary (Gold) quest line will earn you 180,000 XP.
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 started on June 8, 2021 and ends on September 12, 2021.
Confront The Mole In Fortnite Stage 1 — Get Orders From A Payphone (15,000 XP)
This step is fairly self explanatory. You need to go to one of several payphones around the map and accept your mission orders from the IO’s Doctor Slone. This has been something players have had to do a lot this season, so you should be used to it by now.
If you’re new and you’re still not sure what to do or where to go, then the pay phones look like this.
Confront The Mole In Fortnite Stage 2 — Warn Characters Of Impending Doom (45,000 XP)
You have a lot of options for this challenge. Go to any of the NPCs around the Fortnite island map and warn them about Operation Sky Fire. This bit is fun, as you’ll see some unique dialogue from each NPC.
Keep an eye out for enemy players, as always there are those that will wait for someone to talk to an NPC and then strike for an easy kill while their opponent is locked into the menu.
Confront The Mole In Fortnite Stage 3 — Place Warning Signs (30,000 XP)
Go to one of the three locations on the map above and then place warning signs to let residents on the island know that things might fall from the sky during Operation Sky Fire.
Spots where you can place the warning signs will glow blue, and then you’ll just have to hold the interact button to put them in place.
The places you can place signs are:
Pleasant Park
- You can put a warning sign near a fence in the south-west corner of the park.
- There’s another one basically parallel to the first one, but on the other side of the park.
- The last one is on the road opposite the road leading east, on the way out of Pleasant Park.
Dirty Docks
- Outside of a warehouse next to the road leading out of Dirty Docks.
- In the carpark.
- Near the hangar in the center of Dirty Docks.
- At the end of the pier to the south.
Misty Meadows
- Outside the coffee shop, by the east road out of Misty Meadows.
- Near the fountain.
- Near a street lamp to the west.
Confront The Mole In Fortnite Stage 4 — Shut Down Power To Radar Dishes (30,000 XP)
Go to any of the radar dishes at the IO bases and then hold interact to disable the power to them.
We’re not sure why the base dishes need to be disabled for the bomb plan to work during Operation Sky Fire, but we’ll follow our orders for that sweet sweet XP anyway.
Confront The Mole In Fortnite Stage 5 — Spoil The Mole’s Sabotage Attempt (30,000 XP)
Go to the floating islands with the small barn on it at Corny Complex. Inside of it’s basement are some bombs. We drew some arrows on the screenshot, that will show you the easiest way in. Interact with them and make sure they don’t explode early during Operation Sky Fire during Sunday’s live event.
This one is a bit confusing, as there are a lot of places that look like they might work for the challenge. Trust us and save yourself some time by going to the spot from the screenshot. It’s the only place that will let you interact with the bombs. Watch out for the IO Guards and the looped version of Doctor Slone, as they will try and end your existence if you’re spotted by them.
Confront The Mole In Fortnite Stage 6 — Confront The Mole! (30,000 XP)
It’s time to confront the traitor. Spoilers: It’s Maven! She wants to make some sort of deal with the aliens, and we really can’t let her. Once you’ve told her you know what she’s been up to, she’ll try and kill you. Bring some guns and finish her off.
You’ll then have completed every stage of the Week 14 Legendary (Gold) Fortnite challenge. Well done!
