These guilds are a great way to collaborate with other players to achieve a common goal. However, sometimes, you might want to leave or close a guild, depending on whether you are the guild leader. This guide will teach you how to leave a guild as a member and leader in Cookie Run Kingdom.
How to leave a guild as a member in Cookie Run Kingdom
If you are a normal member or have any role besides being the leader, you can follow the steps below to leave the guild in Cookie Run Kingdom.
- Open the game and wait for it to load.
- Click on the Guild option on the bottom side of your screen.
- Click on your guild’s name in the top left of the guild menu.
- Again, click on the same button, and it will open a pop-up.
- At the bottom left of that pop-up, you will see the option to leave the guild.
- Click on it and confirm that you want to leave the guild to say goodbye to your guild forever.
How to leave a guild as the leader
Things change slightly if you are a guild leader in Cookie Run Kingdom, and here are the steps to leave the guild for you.
- Launch the game and wait for it to open.
- Head over to your guild by clicking its button at the bottom.
- In the menu, click on the guild’s name at the top left side of your screen.
- This will take you to a room, but ignore that and click the same button again.
- In the pop-up that appears, click on the Close button in the bottom right.
- Confirm that you want to close your guild by entering its name, and the game will handle it.
You have to be careful when you are leaving or closing the guild because what you have invested in that will be lost. It’s also worth noting that once you close or leave your guild, you cannot join or create another for 24 hours.
