Dead Island 2 has a lot of different zombie types, and for the most part they’re iterations of the same few things, but there is still a good variety. The types of zombies are separated between common zombies and Apex Variants. The world is full of a mixture of the common ones, while the Apex ones are less frequent.

We have listed out all the zombies you will come across during your time in LA. The Apex Variants are listed in order you will meet them in-game, as well as how common they are, with the most common being at the top.
