It’s hard to imagine a world where some Diablo 4 players didn’t make Rule 34 images of Lilith. Those who didn’t expect it are far too innocent for the internet we have today. If you thought just idolizing was enough, you’re in for a surprise.

There are already screenshots of gameplay circulating and even a foot pic. Who would have known?

Lilith’s adoring fanbase

We’ve seen some questionable Reddit posts asking for Lilith artwork before for “things,” but some of the posts we see are on another level. When a tweet about Lillith came out, showing Lilith’s feet, we got our first taste of someone willing to risk it all for her. A tweet of “Can’t wait. Look like all of us should submit and loyal for Lilith instead of fight her,” and a gif of someone smiling creepily was fast to be commented.

This was followed by “Take me, it’s going to be a wild ride!” among others. While it seems like this isn’t something the Devs really want, it is acknowledged. A tweet comparing Lilith’s entrance to Barbie’s entrance in her trailer was not only retweeted by the main Diablo account but it was commented on by Rod Fergusson, Senior Vice President of Blizzard Entertainment.

Fergusson was thinking of a Diablo and Barbie crossover, and based on some of the Twitter comments, we can see that would work very well. One Reddit post that calls the Lillith figure “gorgeous” has comments referencing simping over Lillith.

One commenter wrote, “Still simping for her after all she did Inarius?” and another commented, “I’d let her smash me.” which is the tamest of such comments on this post.

There are many more comments and threads about Lillith and her adoring fanbase. From what we see, Lillith looks like a queen of demons that is covered in blood and demon juices, but to each their own. We will most likely see this craze over Lilith grow over time, as she takes a more central role in Diablo 4.
