Get Early Access to Forza Horizon 5 with Premium Add-Ons
With Forza Horizon 5 just around the corner, find out how to get access to the Horizon Festival on November 5th, 2021
The next instalment of Forza’s Horizon series comes to Xbox Consoles and Windows PC on November 9th. But if you can’t even wait that long, there is a way of getting into the Horizon Festival four days early – and it doesn’t involve a boost over the fence.
Extra content options for Forza Horizon 5
The Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition comes in at $59.99/£54.99 at the time of release and includes just the base game. There are, though, a number of add-ons available to extend your Horizon Festival experience. You can always purchase add-ons separately at a later date, but if you are already thinking of purchasing any expansions, it’s usually best to bundle up. Especially if you want to start your engine four days early on November 5th, 2021.
Drive straight into Mexico’s Horizon Festival before everyone else with early access on November 5th, 2021. Early access is only available with the Premium Edition and Premium Add-Ons Bundle.
Though not available on release day, there are at least two expansion packs coming to Forza Horizon 5 in the future. While you can purchase the DLCs when they are individually released, you can guarantee access the the first two as soon as they are available with the Expansions Bundle, also available as part of the Premium packages.
The Welcome pack is only $4.49/£3.59 on the day of release, and is also included in the Premium bundles. The pack includes five special cars, a player house and a one-time grant to ownership of one of the Autoshow’s cars. You will also get three one-time grants for an item of Common or Rare clothing.
Aside from early access, the Car Pass is probably the most desirable additional content. The Pass will grant you immediate access to eight Formula Drift cars, as well as one new car each week, reaching a total of 34 new weekly motors. Overall, owning the Car Pass will reward you with 42 extra vehicles. The Car Pass is included in the Deluxe Edition and well as the Premium Edition/Add-Ons Bundle.
Finally, VIP Membership to the Horizon Festival is another extra that can be purchased separately. As a VIP, you will receive three exclusive Forza Edition cars, vanity items, and emote, a Player House and even more, with additional rewards available on a weekly basis. VIP Membership is included in the Premium Edition and Premium Add-Ons Bundle.
The Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle
The Premium Add-Ons bundle is recommended to owners of an Xbox Game Pass and includes all of the above. As a Game Pass holder, you will be able to play Forza Horizon 5 on November 9th, for free. However, you can boost your experience – and get that early access – by getting the Premium Bundle on top as it doesn’t include the base game.
If you don’t have an Xbox Game Pass and still want everything that comes with the Premium Add-Ons Bundle, you’ll need to purchase Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition. At $99.99/£84.99 (at the time of writing), the Premium Edition includes the base game as well as all those juicy Premium Add-Ons – including Early Access.
