Evil Dead server issues plague the game’s day 1 launch
It appears the Evil Dead launch has not gone as smoothly as hoped for

Evil Dead is now live, with the game going live at midnight local time on May 13, 2022, for every time zone. While players are eager to jump into the Dead By Daylight-like game set in the Evil Dead franchise, there appear to be some connectivity problems. For plenty of players, the Evil Dead servers seem haunted by issues.
Evil Dead servers are off to a ropey start
The Evil Dead servers seem largely a problem for console players. According to the Saber Support Twitter account, the problem is largely affecting the console player base, in particular, the PlayStation player base in North America. There is a patch getting worked on that should address the Evil Dead servers for those affected.
On the other hand, Evil Dead servers for Xbox seem completely broken for a select few. The good news is that there is a fix on the way. However, it will only go live around 8 am PDT, 11 AM EDT, or 4 BST, 5 CEST. If you’re one of these players affected, then it seems like you may have to wait a little longer.
As for PC players, it seems that most players are good to go. There are some players still getting store sync issues with the ‘Page Not Found’ bug on the Epic Games Store. If you are one of the players getting this issue, then Saber advises reaching out to the official Saber Support website. There are also some disconnects occurring on PC, although, It largely seems to happen while idling. We recommend avoiding idling if you can as it may cause awkward disconnects, especially while on the main menu.
It is extremely unfortunate for those players affected in-game. It means there could be some skill gap for players stuck thanks to the Evil Dead servers. It is one of the unintended consequences of server issues. Hopefully, the issues restore themselves soon so everyone can get back on an even footing.
Keep your eyes on the Saber support channels for more clarification when the Evil Dead servers address themselves.
