As we wait patiently for an official announcement and a FIFA 23 release date, we can take a look back and start to predict the FIFA 23 price for each edition.

Fans will be able to pre order FIFA 23 almost as soon as the game is announced but which edition should you go for?

Last year we saw a Standard Edition and an Ultimate Edition, with the Ultimate being the premium option.

The only differences between the two are the included bonuses received for backing the game before launch.

While we think the cost of FIFA 23 Editions will be similar to last year’s title, with the rumored amount of extra licenses, it could be the most expensive title from the franchise.

We predict that early backers of FIFA 23 could gain early access on September 27th, 2022.

FIFA 23 price prediction

FIFA games tend not to vary that drastically in price from iteration to iteration, so looking at the cost of FIFA 22 should give us a good indication of the FIFA 23 price.

Until we know what EA plans for their different editions of FIFA 23, it is hard to gauge the complete pricing.

We expect the price to be similar to FIFA 22, so let’s take a look back.

We predict the FIFA 23 pre order price for the Standard Edition will cost between $50-$60.

We think the FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition, if called that, could cost somewhere near $100.

Will FIFA 23 cost the same on PS4?

The FIFA 22 PS4 Standard Edition was £10/$10 cheaper than the PS5 version last year and we suspect it will be a similar story for FIFA 23.

After how bad FIFA 22 was on the Nintendo Switch, there are probably fewer asking the question above than ever before, but what exactly was the Legacy Edition?

It was essentially a heavily reduced version of FIFA games from other platforms.

It was FIFA 21 with a slightly updated ‘visual identity’ but it was a stripped-back version that received horrendous revies across the board.
