FIFA 23: Predicted starting budgets for the Premier League
We try and predict the starting budgets in preparation of Career Mode on FIFA 23

FIFA 23 has finally been announced – so what better way to start trying to predict what sorts of budgets we’ll be able to play around with in Career Mode.
We imagine, for the most part, they will be similar to last season but there will be a few changes.
Especially since teams are being a bit more intelligent with their business after the pandemic, well most of them anyway.
Premier League
First up we have the English Premier League, the richest league in the world, there are some heavy hitters in this league.
Very few teams can keep up with the spending of Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea. However, going into this season things are changing.
Two clubs, including Chelsea, have new owners. While we also have three new teams in the league after Bournemouth, Fulham and Nottingham Forest have been promoted.
Nottingham Forest actually have the highest net spend of any Premier League team, after they brought in five new players each costing £9m, as well as the new signing of Morgan Gibbs-White who is going to cost a reported £35 million. Arsenal, meanwhile, spent £118.86m bringing in Man City’s Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko.
Remember, just like in FIFA 22, FIFA 23 will likely let you adjust the starting budget if you want to change the experience at all. Yet, here below is what we predict the starting budgets for the Premier League clubs will be in FIFA 23.

Ligue 1
Ligue 1 doesn’t have the financial might of the Premier League, but they do have one financial power house in PSG. PSG is one of the richest clubs in the world and their budget in FIFA 23, is expected to once again be huge.
The newly promoted sides will have a slight boost to their budgets, but this league in particular doesn’t boast a lot of financial might.
