Genshin Impact’s Second Anniversary is approaching! Of course, this leaves a lot of fans asking questions such as what the Genshin Impact Second Anniversary Rewards will be and when the Genshin Impact Second Anniversary Date actually is.

We’re here to dig into the details of that, tell you everything we know about the anniversary, and take a guess at what we think the rewards for the anniversary itself will be.

Obviously, none of this is a confirmed factor, so take everything that we say with a grain of salt and enjoy our guessing at what could happen and what we want to happen in the Genshin Impact Second Anniversary celebration.

Genshin Impact Second Anniversary Date

Genshin Impact celebrates its second anniversary on September 28, 2022. Last year developer MiHoYo had an in-game event to celebrate the occasion, and there’s reason to believe they’ll do the same this year.

Of course, the event itself will last longer than just the day of the anniversary. The first-anniversary event lasted until the end of Version 2.1, which was released on October 13th, 2021.

This means players will have roughly two weeks to redeem any and all potential rewards in-game before they completely lose the ability to do so.

Genshin Impact Second Anniversary Rewards

Obviously right now we don’t really know what the rewards will be for Genshin Impact’s Second Anniversary, but we can take a guess by looking at the type of rewards in place during the first anniversary.

During the Anniversary Web Event, there were a few different rewards which included:

• One Hundred Chances To Win An Amazon Gift Card
• PS5 (Digital)
• Primogems
• Mora
• Mystic Enhancement Ore
• Hero’s Wit
• Blessing Of The Welkin Moon
• 100,000 Mora

Now, obviously, we can’t really guess the rewards when it comes to the gift cards and the digital PS5.

However, it’s extremely likely that Mora will still be up for grabs since that’s the main currency of Genshin Impact. Similarly, Primogems are also an in-game currency of Genshin Impact, so they’ll almost certainly be up for grabs.

Where this becomes more complicated is with Blessing Of The Welkin Moon and Hero’s Wit. Hero’s Wit is a character EXP material that provides 20,000 Exp and Blessing Of The Welkin Moon is a 30-day premium Genshin Impact subscription.

It’s likely that MiHoYo will look to outdo themselves on that front, giving players something a bit bigger and more substantial since this is a bigger anniversary than the last. Of course, we won’t know officially until the anniversary itself.
