Song of Broken Pines Stats

Song of Broken Pines starts with 49 Base ATK and a 4.5% Physical DMG Bonus substat. At Level 90, these stats become 741 Base ATK and 20.7% Physical DMG Bonus, giving it the highest Base ATK of any Claymore in Genshin Impact.

The in-game weapon effect description:

A part of the “Millennial Movement” that wanders amidst the winds. Increases ATK by 16%, and when Normal or Charged Attacks hit opponents, the character gains a Sigil of Whispers. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3s. When you possess four Sigils of Whispers, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the “Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn” effect for 12s. “Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn” increases Normal ATK SPD by 12% and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Whisper for 20s. Of the many effects of the “Millennial Movement,” buffs of the same type will not stack.

Song of Broken Pines Refinement

In Genshin Impact, you can Refine a weapon by feeding it an identical weapon to itself, which increases some of the weapon’s effects in turn. With each Refinement of Song of Broken Pines, ATK is increased and well as the ATK SPD and ATK bonus granted by the “Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn” effect.

Best Characters to use Song of Broken Pines in Genshin Impact

This Claymore is quite niche, with it only being beneficial to characters who specialize in dealing Physical DMG. For this reason, the recommended characters to use it are Eula, Razor, and Xinyan. These characters all benefit from the Physical DMG Bonus and high Base ATK of this weapon, and the passive is pretty nice for them, too.
