Fetters, Chains, Shackles, and Dreams Of The Dandelion Gladiator are obtained by completing the Domain of Forgery: Ruins of Thirsting Capital every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Chaos Device, Chaos Circuit, and Chaos Core can be obtained by defeating Ruin Guards and Ruin Hunters, which can be found all over Teyvat.

Divining Scroll, Sealed Scroll, and Forbidden Curse Scroll can be obtained by defeating Samachurls, which can be found all over Teyvat.

Freedom Sworn Stats

Freedom Sworn starts with 46 Base ATK and a 43 Elemental Mastery substat. At Level 90, these stats become 608 Base ATK and 198 Elemental Mastery, giving it a Base ATK on par with that of Summit Shaper and Skyward Blade, and therefore the second highest Base ATK of any Sword in Genshin Impact.

The in-game weapon effect description:

A part of the “Millennial Movement” that wanders amidst the winds. Increases DMG by 10%. When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain “Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance” for 12s. “Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance” increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG by 16% and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s. Of the many effects of the “Millennial Movement,” buffs of the same type will not stack.

Freedom Sworn Refinement

In Genshin Impact, you can Refine a weapon by feeding it an identical weapon to itself, which increases some of the weapon’s effects in turn. With each Refinement of Freedom Sworn, DMG is increased and well as the ATK bonuses granted by the “Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance” effect.

Best Characters to use Freedom Sworn in Genshin Impact

This Sword really shines when in the hands of a support character, so characters like Kazuha, Xingqiu, or a Cryo support Kaeya can make great use of Freedom Sworn; this is mainly because they can gain Sigils of Rebellion with their Elemental Bursts while off-field, and the high Elemental Mastery of Freedom Sworn will buff the Elemental Reactions of said Bursts. Bennett can also benefit from this Sword if you don’t have an Aquila Favonia for him to use, although it’s a little wasted on him compared to the aforementioned characters since he generally favors Energy Recharge over Elemental Mastery.
