The Twilight Path is one of the best early game missions to get access to skill points. You will be able to get a couple of quick upgrades for Aloy by completing the quest. The mission takes you to a refugee campaign close to Twilight’s Landing and you will have to deal with some machines and work with the Shadow Carja in the process. Here is a quick guide to help you complete the side quest.

How to Complete The Twilight Path in Horizon Forbidden West

Players can trigger the quest by talking to Petra inside the tavern in Chainscrape. You can also talk to Tolland for some optional dialogue for tips on killing Stormbirds. Head to the Twilight Carja camp and talk to the refugee in the same area.

After talking to the refugee you need to find Sahovar by climbing up the ladder. If you are unable to find your path up the wall, use your focus to find the climbing spots and you should be able to grapple all the way up.

There is quite a bit of parkour involved after you make it to the broken ladder, and you should be able to make your way to Sahovar. After talking to the NPC and requesting help from the Twilight Carja, you will have to collect the Stormbird heart. Once you have the heart, rapple down and you will be able to get on the tower below. Return to the Twilight Carja camp and you can talk to the group of people in the camp. Once you talk to everyone and defuse the situation, the quest will end automatically.

The quest rewards players with 1750 XP, 2 Skill Points, and a Carja Scholar item. It will also unlock future quests involving the Twilight Carja which will help you earn more loot from Sahovar later in the game.
