Uncharted is one of the biggest PlayStation exclusive franchises of all time starting on PlayStation 3 with Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted: Among Thieves, and Uncharted: Drake’s Deception. All three games were later remastered and re-released on PlayStation 4.
Uncharted 4: Thief’s End was released in 2016 on PS4 and still looks gorgeous 6 years later. On January 28, 2022, it is being remastered for PlayStation 5 along with the spin-off game Uncharted: Lost Legacy.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is a linear game like any other Uncharted game. It takes around 15 hours to rush through the campaign, and if you take your time to look around, look for secrets and hidden treasures it can take around 20 hours. In addition, if you are a completionist like me you will need around 30 hours in total to finish everything including returning to previously beaten chapters to look for secrets or gain all of the achievements.
Uncharted: Lost Legacy takes around 8 hours to complete the main story, and 17 for all the completionists out there. Summing up, the whole Uncharted: Thieves Collection will last you four around 25 hours if you aim to finish only the story, and over 40 hours if you are hunting for achievements and collectibles. Both of the games are worth playing just for the story reasons, especially in the best version available to date.
The bundle of both Uncharted 4: Thief’s End and Uncharted: Lost Legacy is being released on PS5 and later on in 2022 on PC in Uncharted: Thieves Collection edition with upgraded graphics, frame rate, and more.
