How to add friends to your friends list in Diablo IV
It has been confirmed for a while now that Diablo 4 is crossplay and cross-platform. This means you can play online with your friends no matter what console they are on including PC, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation. All you need to add your friends is their battletag.
After booting up the game, go into the main menu. Once there, go to the social tab. From there, select the add friend option. This will bring up a type box. Type in your friend’s battletag or email address associated with their Blizzard account. Click on the send request button.
Once your friend accepts the friend request, their name will appear on your friends list. You can add friends from different platforms using this method. Those who want to play couch co-op won’t need to bother with adding friends to their list. This feature is only needed for online co-op.
Remember, Diablo 4 is a 4-player game so you can participate in multiplayer co-op with up to three of your friends at one time.
