The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is filled with shrines just like its predecessor. There are over 100 shrines for you to discover in Hyrule and they are found underground, on the land, and in the sky.
With so many shrines, there is no way you can solve them all easily. The Kadaunar Shrine is one of the many that can easily stump those who find it. This guide will show you how to complete the Kadaunar Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
How to solve the Kadaunar Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
When you enter the Kadaunar Shrine, you will see a hydrant sitting in front of a lava river. To cross this lava, you simply need to activate the hydrant by hitting it and then carry it across. Make sure to wait long enough to have stone slabs form on the lava so you can walk across.
After crossing the lava, take the rusty claymore and use the Fuse ability to combine it with a stone slab to break the large rocks covering the door. Before heading into the next room, take the lava slabs you created and use Ultrahand to fuse them together to form a bridge. Look to the left to find the platform with the chest and use the slabs to reach it.
Go through the doorway to the next room. You will now need to use the hydrants to create more lava slabs. activate the hydrants and place them on the bridge over the lava river.
Each slab that is created will float down the river. Once you have a line of them, use Recall on the farthest to push the line of lava slabs toward the end of the shrine. Run up to the statue to receive your Light of Blessing.
There are plenty of other shrines to complete like the Kisinona Shrine and the Kiuyoyou Shrine.
Where is the Kadaunar Shrine located in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?
The Kadaunar Shrine is one of the more awkward ones to find. This is because it is up on one of the many sky islands. You can reach the sky island from the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower. Launch yourself from the tower and locate the large floating land mass.
Once located, use your paraglider to reach the land mass. From there, use your Ultrahand to create a train on the rails and ride them up to where the shrine entrance is.
