When you find Koltin for the first time, you will get the Hunt for Bubbul Gems quest. During this quest, you need to collect a Bubbul Gem from a Bubbulfrog. Luckily, you can easily complete this quest. Go to the north side of Pico Pond where you can find Pico Pond Cave.
Go into the cave and defeat the Bubbulfrog. Bring the Bubbul Gem back to Koltin and he will exchange this monster part for the Bokoblin Mask. You can find Koltin later to exchange parts for more outfit pieces.
Once the quest is complete, Koltin’s brother will tell you that you can find him in Tarrey Town. Meet him here and he will tell you where Koltin is waiting for you. Later on, you can get the Moblin Mask and Lizalfos Mask. At first, you will simply get the Handmade Bokoblin Headgear.
