Of course, that is if you can find the key for them. Each lockbox has a different key that is being carried by some zombie out in Hell-A. If you want to open the lockbox, you will need to track down the zombie with the key. While this sounds like a simple task, it often isn’t.

You will probably find Curtis’ Safe when you explore his house in the early hours of the game. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to find his safe key no matter how hard you look during this time. This is because the zombie who is carrying the key hasn’t spawned yet and won’t spawn for quite some time.
