The good news is besides the Fiend Roses, you’ll also earn 100% increased XP, 15% more gold, and other valuable rewards from defeating these monsters found in the events.
Because the Helltide event changes the landscape of Sanctuary, the Helltide poisons the existing plants in the overworld and lets the Fiend Roses bloom. Without Helltide, these plants aren’t going to be found, so don’t expect to stumble upon them anywhere else.
