The epic and vast Star Citizen from Cloud Imperium Games opens a wide universe for players to explore. You can travel through space, trade goods, and play through combat. For a world this ambitious, it’s expected that your ship will likely get a bit dinged up while you roam the universe. Need to fix those up? No problem. Here’s how to repair your ship in Star Citizen.

How to fix your ship in Star Citizen

The first thing you’ll want to do is retrieve your ship from any vehicle retrieval terminal. Pick your ship and it will send it to the hangar, which you can then navigate to. If your ship is already on the landing pad, you can just go ahead and hop into it.

Once you find your ship on the landing pad, it will be seemingly ready to go, but before you take off into space, you can repair your ship here. Once your inside of your ship, follow these steps:

  • Hit F1 to bring up your mobiGlas
  • Navigate to the Vehicle Maintenance Services tab, on the bottom row of selections
  • Click on the services your ship requires, the very first option will be repair

Now, the system will give you a warning not to lift off yet, because it’s busy repairing your ship! The screen will show your gauges rising as the ship is repaired. Once it’s finished, you are then ready to head back into the open space.

Where to repair your ship in Star Citizen

Your ship is able to be repaired at any landing pad or hangar at the various ports in Star Citizen. There are plenty of stations in the game, and any of these have the ability to repair your ship, as well as refuel and rearm it as well, so there are plenty of places to choose from.
