How to solve the Secret of the Spring riddle in Diablo 4

Sometimes solving riddles isn’t as easy as it may sound; this is true for the Secret of the Spring quest in Diable 4. While playing Diablo, you will encounter various quests and riddles you must solve to get rewards or advance through the game. Thankfully, we know how you can clear this one. This guide will detail how you can solve the Secret of the Spring in Diablo 4.

Diablo 4 – How to solve the Secret of the Spring

The Secret of the Spring Lv 1 side quest will take place in the Fractured Peaks, and to solve it, you must use the Wait Emote. But first, you must go to the Frigid Expanse and the Kylisk Plateau. Once at this location, you will find a crumpled note on the ground near the base of a ledge. Pick it up to begin the Secret of the Spring side quest.

Once you interact with the discarded note, climb down the ladder and go north toward to blue circle on your map. You can track this location by clicking on the blue circle and following the route on your map in the top right-hand screen.

As you travel north, you will pass the area called The Deep White and various monsters such as Frostwing and Ice Clan Marauder; you can choose to eliminate them or focus on the side quest. Finally, you will reach your location once you enter the Trough of Orobas. Once here, you must use the Wait emote on your Action Wheel.

After you use your Wait Emote, a Buried Chest will appear above the spring, you can then interact with it to open your rewards. You will be rewarded with +20 Fractured Peaks Renown, Rawhide, and XP.

If you do not see the Wait Emote on your Action Wheel, select Customize to add it. The Emote customize settings will pop up on the right side of your screen. Scroll down to find the Wait Emote, click on it, and drag it to your Action Wheel.
