How to use Transmog in Diablo

The ability to Transmog will become available when you complete the Diablo 4 Prologue and travel to Kyovashad. Once you can access the shops, you can go to the Blacksmith with your various loot in tow. As you acquire more loot during the different quests and side quests, you should look out for the Unlocks new look on salvage on the item. Not all things you obtain can be Salvaged and used to Transmog.

  1. Go to the Blacksmith to Salvage your items.
  2. You can either click All Items or whichever you choose.
  3. After Salvaging your Items, go to your Wardrobe.
  4. There will be five Ensemble Slots. You can unlock the remaining four with Gold.
  5. In the Ensemble Slots, you will have Armor (Helm, Chest, Gloves, Pants, Boots) and Item (Weapons) Variants.
  6. Now, you can select any Variant of the Armor you want to equip on your character.
  7. Click Confirm Look when satisfied.

You will also have the ability to choose between nine Pigment palettes.

How to remove Transmog in Diablo 4

Though you have spent some time customizing your look to perfection, there are times when you don’t want it anymore or are just plain sick of it. Thankfully, there is an easy way to turn off your Transmog without going to a Wardrobe.

  1. Go into your Inventory.
  2. Select the Armor you want to remove.
  3. You will see Slot Transmog: On, above the Equipped Box.
  4. After this, click Show/Hide Transmog.

With this, you can easily remove the Transmog items from your character or put it back on!
