Force Pulling and Force Pushing are staples in the Star Wars universe and Jedi: Survivor is no exception. Using Force Push and Pull is very easy, however, and you can even use it to alter bad situations to your favor.

Even though Cal Kestis should be very used to using the Force, it still drains a bar every time he uses these simple techniques. We recommend using it sparingly at the beginning but feeling more free as the game goes on.

Below we have how to Force Push and Pull but also how to use it to send rockets away.

How to use Force Push in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

To use Force Push in Jedi: Survivor, you’ll need to use R2 (PlayStation) or RT (Xbox). However there is a stipulation when pressing the button:

  • Light tap – Pushes one enemy or object.
    • Uses one bar.
  • Hold – Pushes group of enemies.
    • Uses two bars

Every use of this power drains your Force meter. Damaging enemies will refill it.

How to use Force Pull in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

To use Force Pull in Jedi: Survivor, you need to press L2 (PlayStation) or LT (Xbox). This will cause Cal to pull an enemy or object you’re aiming at. You can do this in the air or at projectiles thrown at you.

Your Force meter is depleted every time you use this power. It will be refilled when enemies are damaged.

How to deflect rockets with Force Push or Pull

To deflect rockets, you’ll need to wait for them to be shot at you first. When one is coming to you, you can force pull the rocket closer to you. You can then aim it somewhere else and then Force Push. You can also use Force Push to quickly return it to the person who shot it at you.

Using Force Pull to hold the rocket will drain your Force meter. So you’ll lose two blocks for using Pull then Push. Only one block will be used if you only use Force Push.
