Dead Space remake is not cross platform

Unfortunately, neither publisher EA nor developer Motive Studios have mentioned any plans for the new Dead Space 2023 to make the game cross platform.

Earlier, Dead Space 2 had multiplayer that consisted of team-based matches. And Dead Space 3 had a co-op option. But now, it is a single-player game. This is more in alignment with the first game, which was a stand alone single player. As the game is a remake, it will follow the first Dead Space closely.

Dead Space Remake System Requirements

The game will have the same story as the original Dead Space game of 2008, but this time Gunner Wright will take the role of Isaac Clarke. Unfortunately, this is all we will be seeing, with no cross platform for any multiplayer in sight.

However, currently, there has yet to be any news regarding whether or not the game will receive a co-op, Cross-platform, cross-generation, or cross-save option anytime soon. The same goes for later Game Pass releases, too.
