Terraria, the popular side-scrolling, sandbox game is a 2d champion. The game feature multiplayer that everyone seems to really enjoy but is Terraria cross platform? Well, today we are looking to see if Terraria features crossplay, so you can play co-op or PvP with buddies. The short answer is that it looks as though you can only get some cross platform gaming when on the mobile version but let’s take a closer look.

Is Terraria Cross Platform?

Unfortunately, Terraria is no cross platform, so you can only play with friends who are on the same platform as you. This, however, doesn’t carry over to mobile, where IOS and Android players can actually play together. This is the only instance of crossplay in Terraria though for the time being.

Crossplay is a feature a lot of new games are bringing out features to support, with cross platform popularity skyrocketing. I mean, it makes sense, we just want to play with friends at the end of the day.
