Being the first true Boxing simulator since 2011 comes with some pressure. Previously known as eSports Boxing Club (ESBC), Steel City Interactive’s combat game has long been in development. The question still remains, is Undisputed cross platform & crossplay?
According to their website, developers are planning to launch the game across Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC.
Why can’t this be the case for games like UFC 4 that can’t be on PC?
Is Undisputed cross platform?
Undisputed is available on PC via Steam, although it is currently still an ‘Early Access Game’. The new boxing title will eventually be cross-platform on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S but the release date is still unknown.
Whether this will then become available on older-gen consoles (Xbox One/ PS4) is unknown but these were not included on the developer’s website.
Will Undisputed be crossplay?
Steel City Interactive’s 2023 road map showcases a lot of exciting new features to be added. All this is currently on PC of course. Developers have not mentioned crossplay but the game looks perfect for it.
It states on Steam that you must use a controller to play Undisputed as Mice and keyboards are not supported. This doesn’t say much but it’s certainly getting our crossplay hopes up.

How long will Early Access last for Undisputed?
According to the developers on their website, they will release the full version of Undisputed when they feel it is ready. That apparently means there are a few more milestones and key developments that haven’t yet been met.
This means that it’s hard to predict how long Early Access will last, but rest assured, when it ends – this will surely mean the official launch can begin.
