Update: February 16: Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG have deployed several hotfixes to Europe to get the region more stable. Hopefully, it means less of these Lost Ark 10027 error codes and heavy traffic guide error will start to fade away.

Update 16:00 GMT – There is a new guide error that says ‘An error has occurred. Exiting the game.’ This is another painful Lost Ark error code that pops up after being stuck in the ‘please wait a moment’ circle spinning loading screen in the bottom left of the page. For those who played Endwalker when it launched, this is starting to seem like the old 2002 error code. The flashbacks haunt me still.

Update: We are getting through the error code, only to get stuck on ‘please wait a moment’ with a spinning logo at the bottom right of the screens. We then get a 13k queue to the server we are on. Godspeed, readers.

It appears that the login queues for EU are not even the final boss of Lost Ark. Meet the new Lost Ark error 10027 code. This Lost Ark error code appears for players trying to get on the game, preventing players from even getting onto the game. The new error seems to have emerged around 14:00 GMT 15:00 CET, and it appears to be hitting players randomly.

The new Lost Ark error 10027 seems to have emerged since the new EU Central server restarts. The server restart occurred roughly around 10:00 CET time. Since the update, it appears there are new server congestion issues booting players from the game thanks to the new Lost Ark error 10027 code. Some players report that retrying eventually works, but it brings you to the rather long server queue times. And then, there seems to be another issue that you may get through, but another guide error pops up telling you the game will restart. It even keeps some players finding ways around the AFK timer as people don’t want to log out.

There is a Lost Ark Steam Community forum post made with gamer sharing their error at the minute. Meanwhile, the official announcement of the EU server restart is filled with players reports too. As it stands, there is no official acknowledgement from the Lost Ark team, likely due to the timezone difference between the West coast USA time difference to the EU region.

All we can recommend is to keep trying, and hopefully, you will get through the Lost Ark error 10027 code and join a several hour-long queues. Hopefully, there will be an official announcement on the server issues soon. In the meantime, why not check out our Lost Ark tier list? It gives you something to do while we waste our Sunday afternoons trying to get on a game we can’t play.
