How to Harvest Honey in Minecraft

Honeycomb Be Nest Minecraft Shears

If you want to harvest honey in Minecraft, you can use honey bottles or honeycombs.

Honey Bottles: Using an empty glass on a hive or bee nest that is full of honey will allow you to harvest honey. You can use honey bottles to make your own honey block or beehives.

Honeycombs: You can use shears on bee nests at max capacity to produce honeycombs. Bee nests are more likely to level up if you let the bees pass through without disturbing the nests.

If you want to make beehives in Minecraft to harvest honey, you will need to use wood planks and honeycomb. In your crafting grid, place three wood planks of any color in the top three and bottom three slots. Fill the remaining slots in the middle row with honeycombs and you will be able to craft your own beehives.
