Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has been released, but it’s really not without issues. There are a lot of bugs, glitches, and multiple issues that players have been facing. One of these is the MW2 Invincibility Glitch which has basically given players God Mode and is causing players massive problems.

In order to activate the glitch, players are having to undergo the extremely dangerous task of surviving a barrage of enemy missiles fired from a VTOL jet while carrying a riot shield.

Once this is done, and it can take several attempts to do so, but once players manage it they basically become completely immortal for an entire match. It’s caused players large issues, and it’s obviously also upsetting people who are experiencing the exploit first-hand.

There is a way to stop it though, as people have discovered.

MW2 Godmode – How To Kill A God

In order to kill somebody using MW2 Godmode users, then you need to use fire. As stated on Twitter by the ModernWarzone account:

If you run into somebody using the ‘god mode’ exploit/glitch in Modern Warfare 2 Set Them On Fire. Fire is the only way to kill them. Molotovs or thermite work.”

It’s not an ideal solution, but it is currently the only solution to defeat people trying to abuse the system to their advantage.

Why Is MW2 So Buggy?

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has been released in quite a state. It’s filled with bugs, with Infinity Ward having to disable both attachment tuning and the ping system in the game just to try and combat a couple of the large-scale issues that the game has had.
