It is that time of the week once again for the New World server maintenance. The New World server downtime is currently live (at the time of writing). The New World server downtime allows Amazon Games to update the servers to the latest patch 1.0.3, which comes with the usual fixes and the implementation of the New World servers transfers.  Below you’ll find out how long the New World servers will be down and when you can expect them to be back up.

New World Server Downtime

The New World server maintenance kicked off at 7 am CEST – 1 am EST on October 20. Once the New World servers transfers go live, you should expect the New World servers transfers, which Amazon clarified on Monday.

How long will New World servers be down?

If you’re wondering how long the servers will be down, Amazon Games state it is approximately five hours. Sometimes, the servers can go live roughly ten minutes before the estimated New World server time expires. However, Amazon Games is known to extend the New World server maintenance for an extra hour. So, be mindful that the 5-hour server maintenance duration is only a loose prediction and may change on a whim.

When will New World servers be back up?

If the 5 hour New World server downtime is exactly how long it says it is, you can expect to see the New World servers return at the following times

  • 12:00 CEST
  • 11:00 BST
  • 07:00 ET
  • 04:00 PT
  • 21:00 AEST

Again, these are only loose expectations of when you can expect to see the New World servers back up. Once they go live, you can get in-game and play as intended or transfer your character and finally reunite with your friends, guildmates, and other adventures lost to rerolls or server queues.
