The recent New World update 1.0.4 is the most recent update, and Amazon Games have enabled the server transfers, especially since they seem to be working now. However, there are still bugs causing players issues.

New World Auction house bugs are affecting server transfers

One of the issues players are currently encountering is a New World Auction House, aka the trading post. As we reported earlier, there are several issues with Trading posts, from gold going missing to active auctions creating issues.

If you are interested in finally being able to use the New World server transfer token, there are a few prerequisites before you can. One of the few things you need to do is clear your trading post orders. You need to remove any buy orders or sell orders before your character is eligible for the transfer, among many other things.

This is where the problems come in. The Trading Post says you have active orders on some rare occasions, even when you don’t. There is nothing the player can do about it for some reason, as it appears to be a server-side issue. Sadly, this irritating bug is preventing players from jumping servers.

The good news is that the New World community managers are aware of the issue. Over on the New World foams, the community managers are aware of the New World server transfers relating to the New World auction houses. In fact, they clarified the issue in one of the forum bug reports, which you can read more on here.
