Rogue Company might not have made a huge splash back when it first came out, but since then it has gone on to be decently successful across its multi-platform release. It’s come out on most platforms that matter, so many players are probably wondering: is this game cross platform? The short answer is yes, crossplay is completely supported whether you’re playing on PC, PS4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch, and has very few restrictions or hoops that players will need to jump through.

While Rogue Company is in good company when it comes to games with crossplay, it’s also a bit unusual compares with other games published by Hi-Rez. Most other games in the same family had to add PS4 crossplay after the fact because Sony were being a bit stubborn about allowing competing platforms to play together. Luckily, this particular title came out after the company had come to its senses, so it managed to support crossplay on all platforms from the start.
How to Play Rogue Company Cross Platform
It’s pretty simple to enjoy this game with players on other platforms. If you want to play with strangers you can just jump into any random match and you’ll be paired with folks regardless of the system they’re playing on. However, if you want to add your friend, you can do that too. Just go to the friend tab and add them by their unique username to have them show up in the list. Bear in mind, you can’t disable crossplay, so no matter what you’ll be playing with others on other platforms.
Does Rogue Company Have Cross Save/ Cross Progression?
Like a lot of other Hi-Rez games, Rogue Company does support cross save regardless of the platform that you’re using, and it’s simple to activate too. Just go to the Hi-Rez website and make sure that you link the same account to all of your different platform accounts. Then, whenever you log into a game you should find all of your progress and unlocks across any platform you happen to play the game on.
