To help Seamus reunite with his father, you’ll need to find the Stray lab code to access Doc’s secret room.

As with many of Stray’s puzzles, the surrounding environment hides the answer, but it’s not always clear where to look.

Here’s where to find the Stray lab code.

Where to Find the Stray Lab Code?

Clocks revealing Stray lab code

After installing the receiver on the rooftops and returning to the Slums, Doc sends you to Seamus’ flat, located not too far from the laundromat.

Inside Seamus flat, jump onto the kitchen counter and paw away at the right-most picture hanging from the wall. It’s the one showing Seamus and Doc in what appear to be much happier times.

Doing so reveals a cryptic message: Time Will Tell.

A big clue here and if you look around the room, you’ll notice four clocks above the sofa, their hands stuck on a particular time.

Here, focus on the small hand, jotting down the exact number they’re stuck on going from left to right – 2511. That’s your Stray lab code.

How to Unlock Doc’s Secret Lab?

Stray Lab Keypad Location

With the code in hand, you need somewhere to enter it.

Hop back onto the counter and this time bash down the left-most picture to reveal a keypad hidden behind.

Interact with the pad, key in the 2511 Stray lab code to unlock the door and enter Doc’s secret lab.

Inside Doc’s secret room, head to the table at the back of the room, look left, and note the box sitting on top of a shelf. Climb up and knock it off to find an item crucial to moving Stray’s story forward.

That covers the Stray lab code puzzle. If you’re struggling with BlueTwelve’s feline adventure, check out our other Stray guides:
