The Sims is probably one of the most insanely successful properties of all time, with hundreds of different releases across the games’ various base games and expansion packs. These days, The Sims 4 is the current champion of controlling little computer people until they wee themselves, and you probably don’t need to be told that there is a stupid amount of content to be found in the game. If you’ve been laboring away at the game since it came out, you might want to look at console commands.

The Sims 4 console commands can make you into the rules of suburbia. Give yourself infinite money, fulfill your Sims’ greatest desires, or even torture your residents in cartoonishly evil ways. You can read on to discover some of the game’s best console commands, all in one convenient location.

How to Enable the Console

Luckily, you won’t have to mess around too much to open the console in The Sims 4. Just press Ctrl, Shift, and C, and the console will pop up in the top left of your screen, ready for you to type in some commands.

The Sims 4 Enable Debug Console Commands

There are several different commands that you can enable which will make the rest of the commands work, as well a giving you access to debug items in build or buy mode. Enter this code to enable general cheats:

testingcheats on

Now you’ll be able to enter any command on the list without worrying if it’ll work or not. Once you’re done, also type in the follow two codes:

bb.showhiddenobjects
bb.showliveeditobjects

Now when you’re in build mode, you can type DEBUG into the search bar to find a bunch of items that players don’t usually have access to. Enjoy your forbidden items.

The Sims 4 Cheat Console Commands
