This new Reloaded Update for MW2 and Warzone 2 brought in “Unlimited Gear Items,” which is how they sound. You can buy as many pieces of gear as you want if you have the cash to pay for them.
Although there are limits to what type of gear is available, these are the items you should have. This also comes with “Limited” gear, which gives you two a game.
They’ve also been added to every buy station in the game, so you can essentially camp a gear station to keep getting the items you want if you can afford them. Below we cover what’s been added from the Reloaded update.
New Unlimited Gear in Call of Duty Season 3 Reloaded
We won’t waste your time. Below is a list of every piece of gear that is now unlimited and the price associated:
- Armor Boxes: $2,000
- Armor Plates – $500
- Gas Masks– $2,000
- Loadout Markers – $20,000
- Mortar Strikes – $4,000
- Munitions Boxes – $2,000
- Precision Strikes – $6,000
- UAVs: $6,000
- UAV cost increased from $4,000
These have been added to every buy station in the game, and if you can afford them, you may have many easy games ahead of you.
This will change everyone’s strategy because if players have a lot of cash in-game, they can essentially keep themselves fitted with great items if they stay near a buy station. We’re thinking that there will most likely be more campers in Warzone 2, just because of the easy access to the items.
New Limited Gear in Call of Duty
Here is the gear that has been marked as “limited,” meaning you can only buy two per game.
- Cluster Mines – $4,000
- Counter UAVs – $3,000
- Durable Gas Masks – $3,500
- Self Revives – $4,000
It’s good that self-revives are limited because it would be crazy to fight a camper who can just keep buying more.
We expect these changes to really change the fundamentals of strategy in the game. We’d say that, moving forward, cash is king.
