Warzone 2 is reportedly getting a new map going into Season 4 according to dataminers, this time set in the Netherlands with a huge map called Vondel. This map could possibly be based on Vondelpark, the largest city park in Amsterdam. There will be plenty of POIs to find scattered across the new Resurgence map, so we’ve got them here for you to check out.
Warzone 2 Vondel Map List of POIs
Vondel will come with 12 different Points of Interest:
- Aquarium (possibly Artis Aquarium)
- City Hall
- Fire Station
- Nieuwe Stadspoort
- Old Museum (possibly Rijksmuseum)
- Floating House (possibly Vondelpark itself)
- University (possibly Hogeschool van Amsterdam)
- New Museum (possibly Stedelijk Museum)
- Police Station
- Stadium (possibly Johan Cruyff Stadium)
- Cruise Terminal (possibly Amsterdam Canals)
- Train Station (possibly Amsterdam Central)
While these are just speculations, the POIs will likely reflect the actual Vondelpark that the map is based on, and all these locations are in Amsterdam near the park. Once more information is known, we’ll update this article.
Warzone 2 Vondel Map Gameplay Details
Not much information is available yet, however CharlieIntel tweeted that this map is smaller than Al Mazrah, Season 3’s map, but larger than Ashika Island, which was released during Season 2.
According to CharlieIntel, this map will also be added to the Battle Royale map rotation at some point, though the date that will be ready is unknown. This would mark the first time more than one map is in rotation for the game mode. Las Almas is the next incoming Battle Royale map, so both that map and Vondel will be available for play in the game mode. Expect Vondel to just start as a resurgence map, though.
While not much information is known yet, as this information was found by dataminers, more updates are expected to be announced on June 14, 2023, so keep your eyes peeled for more news on the latest maps coming in Season 4 for Warzone 2.
